Property Leasing

  • Leasing the property out, and subsequent leasing is included with the full-time management service

  • Prepare lease agreement & required property disclosures once qualified

Property Maintenance

  • All vendors are required to have liability insurance workers comp, & licensing
  • Repairs that are over the limit set by Owners in the property management agreement will require permission in writing
  • We will work with your home warranty coverage on repairs if you have a home warranty policy for the property
  • Insurance claims are not considered “regular maintenance coordination”, will be billed for coordination of these repairs at an agreeable charge settled on by agent & owner before proceeding
